When one is dying

When one is dying

When one is sick and maybe dying,
May God be with the ones who are crying.

May God be with the soul that hurts,
By believing in Him, it is all that it is worth.

God is always there for the sick and the dying,
He is there when the souls are crying.

God reassures us that believers go to Heaven,
To be with Him is so divine to be in Heaven.

God is with us always. His name is Jesus, Lord Almighty.
May He continue to be a Blessing unto us, Our Jesus.

Amen.

Love in Christ's Name

Patty Hunter

This was written when I found out that I have
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), which is a deadly disease.
Thought I was going to die an early and painful death.
I thank God whilst I'm in this crisis and have written this poem.
Because I thought that I was going to be going home soon,
(Heaven, that is) but God had other plans for me.
It is because of this experience, that I indeed turned to Him
I have much to write about and to the Lord,
To write for the people much hymns
Don't forget He is with us and we must "not give up on the fight"
For it is now most important that we will have life in the hereafter
With our Jesus Christ and the people
Will be happy, there will be laughter
There will be no more tears because there will be no more fears
God Bless us everyone, for he who has ears, let them listen
And he who has eyes, let them see.

May God's Blessings be upon ye and may He continue to bless ye
And keep ye safely in the Palms of His Hands....

Amen, I say, Amen.

Hello, Heather, thank you for the wonderful comment on my poem...
It isn't easy to have such a disease... I am getting counselling so that I can cope with it and to adjust to it... I know that I will go home to Jesus...
It is 100% percent, that everyone shall die sooner or later... Only God knows when that will happen.... I live each day and greet it with gusto... I don't dwell on the past and I shouldn't worry about the future... Jesus said that tomorrow will take care of itself and not to worry.. it is the here and now, that is important...
God bless you Heather, for He is indeed with you. He will never leave you or forsake you in your hour of need.. He will always be there for you, if not physically, but spiritually...
Heather, when the time comes to go home... you will live forever in Heaven with our God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit... no more will you and others suffer... but, whilst we are still here on Earth... we must do work for the Lord, Himself... share our faith, witness to the people you get in contact with... even living the Christian life, would be witnessing to others...

Love you

Patty

Keep in touch with me???

May God continue to Bless you and may He keep you safely in the Palms of His Hands...

(A wee Irish blessing)
