Why love our God?

Why love our God?

Main:

Many have seen things we
shouldn't in this world of ours,
but God's always there for us
during the good and bad times
Though some people who said
they're believers may deceive us,
not all who believe are like that.
As we trust in Christ, we should
do the same with each other.

Chorus:

Why love our God?
He gave love without wanting
anything but love returned.

Main:

God loved us before Earth's forming.
We are all made in His own Image.
Ever since the fall of Adam and Eve,
Satan had tried to stop us from
receiving God's Grace, and Love.
Jesus came down to die for our sin.
And, because of His Sacrifice for us,
Believers are saved, and will go home
to be in Heaven with our Lord.

Chorus:

Why love our God?
He gave love without wanting
anything but love returned.

Bridge:

After we saw the light when the Holy Spirit
came upon us, we became believers in
Christ, for He gave us salvation through His Death
and Resurrection and saved us for eternity.

Oh, thank you, God, the Father,
Jesus, His Son, and the
Holy Spirit, the Comforter.

Chorus:

Why love our God?
He gave love without wanting
anything but love returned.

Finally, We're in Fort Wayne

Finally, We're in Fort Wayne

Well, folks, finally we're in Fort Wayne
Our apartment is still full of boxes
Slowly, we are unpacking and getting our home in order
Lot of good and bad has happened during these few weeks
There was a death in the family the day after we moved
And, we went to the funeral the weekend after we moved in
I shall miss my friend indeed.

Some of the school subjects are a wee bit hard for Bob
And, I am doing my best to help him along
He is learning Biblical Greek right now.
Which is rather difficult to memorize
The other subjects, he is doing fine in.

May God be with Bob, as he learns these tough subjects, esp. Greek and may God keep Bob healthy and alert during these next couple of years of learning how to become a Pastor and may God help Bob whenever he feels discouraged during the course of the years.

I just know that he will become wonderful and great Pastor

I love the ole boy...

Love from
